Iulian Bulai heads a 32-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to observe parliamentary elections in Georgia alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament, the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
