9.10.2017 The ALDE Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe would like to congratulate Rik Daems (Chair of the Belgian delegation to PACE, Open VLD) on his election as the President of the Group.
The former Belgian Minister of Telecommunications has been a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe since 2007 serving as Second Vice-Chairperson on the Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy and is a member of serval committees including the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Immunities and Institutional Affairs.
