At today’s press conference, the joint observation mission from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), chaired by Dunja Mijatović, and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), led by Iulian Bulai, shared their preliminary conclusions.
The Parliamentary Assembly was invited to observe the elections, as Poland is currently under PACE’s full monitoring procedure.
