A 31-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), led by Iulian Bulai (Romania, ALDE), travelled to Poland from 16 to 19 May to observe the conduct of the presidential election on 18 May, alongside observers from the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Liliana Tanguy (France, ALDE) served as an acting chair of the mission on the election day.
