Claude Kern leads election observation delegation to Moldova

A six-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), headed by Claude Kern (France, ALDE), made a pre-electoral visit to the Republic of Moldova on 29-30 January 2019 to assess the election campaign and political climate ahead of the 24 February parliamentary elections (statement). The Parliamentary Assembly will send a 32-member delegation to observe the Parliamentary elections in the country on 24 February 2019.
