A 21-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), including ALDE-PACE members and led by Alfred Heer (Switzerland, ALDE), will be in North Macedonia from 6 to 9 May to observe the parliamentary elections and second round of the presidential election, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament, and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). A joint press conference will take place on Thursday 9 May at 3 pm.
