A 16-member delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), headed by Alfred Heer (Switzerland, ALDE), will be in Bulgaria from 25 to 28 October to observe the early parliamentary elections held on 27 October.
PACE is the only internaitonal organisation to observe this poll.
A press briefing is scheduled to take place on Monday 28 October at 1 pm at the Sofia Grand Hotel (Room Serdica).
